A Floridian who fell hard for these mountains.
Honest pricing,
real responsiveness,
and a deep love of the mountains.
I'm a licensed real estate broker with eXp Realty, and the Rookie of the Year from the Carolina Smokies Association of Realtors. With 50+ closed transactions and growing, I help buyers, sellers, and land investors across the Carolina Smokies find their perfect place in the mountains — from the charming streets of Franklin and Bryson City to the vibrant culture of Asheville.
How I got here
I've always loved homes — but more importantly, I love helping people through big life moments. Before becoming a broker, I was focused on my family and figuring out what I truly wanted long-term. When my family moved to the mountains from Florida about five years ago, something just clicked. We were drawn to the slower pace, the mountain views, the sense of community. There's something about waking up to the mountains and being surrounded by nature that never gets old — it felt like home almost instantly. That's when I knew I wanted to be the one helping others find that same feeling.
I love seeing people fall in love with the mountains the same way my family did. Whether it's their first time visiting or they've been dreaming about it for years, being part of that moment is really special. The most rewarding part is helping someone find not just a house, but a place where they can build memories, slow down, and truly enjoy life.
Local knowledge
I primarily work in Franklin and throughout Macon County, but I'm very familiar with the surrounding areas like Sylva, Bryson City, Otto, and beyond. I spend a lot of time exploring these areas, so I can help clients find the right fit — whether they want something private, close to town, or tucked away in the mountains. I also stay on top of what's coming up and what areas are gaining interest.
When it comes to local favorites, I always recommend checking out Currahee Brewing Company for a relaxed vibe right on the river, Culture 828 for great pizza, and Just Donuts — a must, but you have to get there early before they sell out. I love sharing little local spots like these with clients because it helps them feel connected to the area right away.

Beyond real estate
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me with my husband and our two kids, outside, or enjoying everything the mountains have to offer. I'm currently training for a half marathon and love pushing myself with new goals. I also enjoy yoga and staying active — it helps me stay focused and energized, both in life and in business. My family loves being part of this community and we truly enjoy the WNC mountain lifestyle.
