How accurate is a Zillow Zestimate in Western NC?
Zestimates can be off by tens of thousands in WNC because they don't see things that drive value here — long-range views, road access, well/septic condition, acreage, slope, or recent comparable sales on private mountain roads. A local agent's CMA looks at all of that against the live MLS.
