Program name: Text updates from Brandi Rininger, eXp Realty.
Program description: informational text replies for people who ask for them. When you text a keyword shown on this site (for example GUIDE, FLOOD, TAX, HOA, USDA, BOOK, or VALUATION) or a question to (828) 371-6980, or submit the contact form, which composes a text message from your own phone, you will receive reply texts from Brandi Rininger, eXp Realty with the link, answer, or follow-up you requested. Messages may include links to pages and PDF guides on brandirininger.com and coordination of a call or showing.
How to opt in: text a keyword or a question to (828) 371-6980 from your mobile phone, or submit the contact form and send the text it composes. Texting in is your consent to receive reply texts at that number. Consent is not a condition of buying or selling property or of any other purchase.
Message frequency varies. Most people receive one reply per keyword; conversation follow-ups are limited to your request. This is not a recurring marketing list.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message sent and received.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text and nothing further unless you opt back in by replying START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and your device. The program is available on most major U.S. carriers.
